Renowned Australian composer, George Dreyfus, will premiere his Symphony No. 3 at the illustrious Hawthorn Town Hall on Sunday 4 March 2012 at 2.30pm. The City of Boroondara welcomes one and all to this prestigious event.
The premiere of Symphony No. 3 is a fitting finale to farewell the Hawthorn Town Hall before it closes to undergo redevelopment into a fabulous arts and cultural precinct. It is expected that the Hawthorn Town Hall will reopen in late 2013 to early 2014.
Concert entry is by gold coin donation with all proceeds going to Hawthorn Community Chest.
Free concert parking is available off Kent Street.
